Typically, our custom gift timeline involves a 2-3 week design process (including revisions) and an additional 2-3 weeks for ordering and gift assembly. However, please note that the timeline may vary based on factors such as gift contents, quantity, packaging choices, and the time of the year.
During our busiest season from August to December, we highly recommend planning ahead and allowing at least 8 weeks to ensure timely delivery of your gifts within that window. -

The sooner the better! Our usual turnaround time is 4-6 weeks, but during our busy fall/winter seasons, we kindly request 8 weeks of lead time for a stress-free gifting experience. Remember, the sooner you reach out, the better we can curate your perfect gifts and ensure they arrive right on time for your special moments.

We take pride in offering our gifting services exclusively to local clients within central California. As of now, we do not ship gifts. Once your thoughtfully curated gifts are prepared, we'll be in touch to coordinate a convenient time to hand deliver gifts to your office for distribution.
Delivery within Fresno/Clovis is complimentary, while a mileage fee will apply for delivery to other areas within the Central Valley. Our priority is to ensure your gifts are hand-delivered with care, fostering a personal touch that leaves a lasting impression.

On average, clients can expect custom gift prices to vary based on the packaging and contents. While most custom client gifts typically fall between $75 to $200 per gift (plus assembly and design fee), we are flexible in curating gifts to accommodate slightly lower budgets or much higher-end luxury budgets.
It's important to note that we don't usually design gifts below $50 per gift, as it becomes challenging to create the impactful experience we strive for. The final pricing is influenced by the chosen packaging, contents, and level of customization you desire, ensuring each gift is a perfect reflection of your heartfelt sentiments. -
To ensure we can dedicate the utmost attention and care to each project, we request a minimum spend of $1,500. However, we understand that every gifting need is unique, and we're always open to exploring possibilities.

When the stars align and we have the capacity to accommodate smaller projects, we'd be more than happy to assist you in making your gifting vision come to life. Our gift pricing is based on the curated contents inside the gift box and the selected gift packaging, which includes elements such as the box type, ribbon, crinkle paper, gift tags, notecards, and more.
Additionally, a gift design and assembly fee, equivalent to 20% of the pre-tax spend, is applied to ensure each gift is meticulously crafted with precision and care. Rest assured, we transparently outline all pricing details, ensuring you receive a curated gift that is tailored to your budget.

We want your gifting experience to be exceptional, which is why our gifts are custom-curated with care for each client. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final.
We take great care in ensuring your gifts are delivered in perfect condition. In the rare event that an item in your gift is defective or damaged, please reach out to us at hello@curatedgiftables.com within 3 business days of receiving your gift. We'll be more than happy to promptly provide a replacement for the affected item, ensuring your gifting experience remains delightful and seamless.
